Mediation Services
I am a trained and accredited mediator and draw on my extensive business background and negoating experience to facilitate a robust and pragmatic mediation style aimed and producing settlements on the day.
Through my business career, I have also been a client of legal services and been through mediation myself, so I understand the pressures opon the participants to reach a settlement and bring litigation or prospective litigation to an end.
As a barrister, I can also identify areas of weakness for prospective participants and, which I will not provide advice or any judgment during mediation, I can ‘stress test’ participants’ positions throughout the process so that you may be in a more informed position to decide upon a settlement agreement.
